And so this way I'm ready to go on a night before I can make my smoothie because you Starting your how you break your fast as really, how you're going to start your day. You could get in that smoothie every day, a good healthy smoothie and a good salad, leafy salad. That's a great start for you as you move throughout the day. Yeah,
yeah. I think just making those steps kind of invest you. It connects you emotionally what you're doing and over time, that makes you more interested in taking the next step without a doubt without a doubt.
