question fasting or working out while fasted totally up to personal preference. Yeah, unless you're going to do a really long grueling intense workout. You're probably gonna want to have a meal a couple hours before but most people's workouts which last anywhere between 45 minutes to an hour and a half fast it or not totally up to personal preference. I there's for me personally, I don't mind working out fast and I get a lot of great energy when I do. I don't Adam hates it. So the really isn't a huge. I mean, we're splitting hairs if we talk about oh, you know cortisol and Insulin in testosterone growth and you know Rising all the stuff, we're really splitting hairs at the end of the day, whichever one you prefer. That's probably the one that you should do because you're going to be more consistent doing it. Yeah.
I definitely think people need to you know approach if I've never done it before, you know, this is something you need to get adapted towards this whole, you know, being fast and then doing rigorous movement. I know some people can get lightheaded. Like I know for me like I the first couple times that I tried to like lift heavy and I had done it where I was not like filled up with any kind of like carbohydrates or any kind of food ahead of time was was a bit challenging at first, but you know, the more consistently I kind of got used to it. I was able to navigate a lot easier through that but yeah that's fasting is one of those things. It's like we know the health benefits to it but a lot of times like when we kind of stay in our bubble, we forget that it's pretty challenging for your average person to abstain from food for amount of time. Yeah, and you know, it's this whole Hangar thing, like if people don't really like experience that very often in this is a new thing. So I'm trying to always kind of keep that in mind.
