Well, the only thing that's convenient 30 minutes after your workout a protein shake is a shake and so they're going to sell more shakes. That's really all it is. There's right. There's really splitting hairs here. And in the in the scheme of things if I were to list the, you know, the top 15 priorities of building muscle and burning body fat eating. After you workout would even make the list. Yeah.
