I've been saying for many years that while Putin was our problem in Russia, at one point... he would be everybody's problem. And now what we see, and let's not deceive ourselves, this is already World War III. And this is not just a war against Ukraine; Vladimir Putin is attacking the very foundation of the world we used to live since World War II. And if he succeeds in Ukraine, all bets are off.

This particular virus is very, very, very mild for children ... Kids breeze through this very easily. I'm not actually aware of a single healthy child anywhere in the world who has died over the past two years of this particular disease. That's not to say it doesn't exist, but it is certainly extraordinarily rare. Hospitalizations are rare, any type of severe sickness, and so on etc. in that age demographic is extremely rare.

If Biden were living like Andrew Tate, if he was driving around in a Bugatti, if he had all kinds of homes we didn't know about, well, then, okay. Then some allegation of corruption might land in a way that would balance the scales against Trump.

In the specific case of... biological girls deciding that they're trans or non-binary, there is legitimate concern that social contagion is at least part of the story. You have lots of young girls, teenage girls and and tween girls, who decide they are no longer gender-conforming, and it's a kind of fad.

If we get Trump again as president, it will be because of the excesses of the far-left. That will be the thing that will drive even reasonable people to overlook the fact that he's painfully unqualified.

All of these measures that have been applied to children for this duration of the past two years have been absolutely crazy. They've been so detrimental to young people and to kids. The amount of harm that's come to them from this all—socially, in terms of their development, in terms of their health, their mental well-being, their ability to socialize and even learn how to speak. All of that stuff has been massively negatively impacted.

One of the most mind-blowing things through throughout this has been the fact that there are millions of people who are addicted to the doom and the gloom and despair. If you give them any type of positive news or anything that could potentially allay their fears or get them to calm down, they actually get angry. There are people who literally want a situation to be worse than it is, which is psychotic to me.

I don't think Biden has been fully captured by the far-left, but there's no question he's had to pander to the far-left to be the Democratic nominee in the first place—and he'll have to do it again, presumably, to seek the presidency in 2024. Although I do hold out some hope that we've seen the peak wokeism, and I think the pendulum might be swinging back.

Elon was a friend ... But I think Twitter has been obviously bad for him as a person. He's obviously addicted to it. He's behaving in ways that are starkly unethical.

In the absence of a gym or in the absence of a trainer or the absence of access to weights, you can get a tremendous workout doing push-ups, pull-ups, planks, and air squats.

I think that one of the best things you can do as an individual and as a society is to make individuals stronger. You want people to be strong. If you have children, you want your children to be strong because you're not going to be able to bulldoze every obstacle or challenge out of their way throughout their entire life.

If you wake up in the morning and you're not hungry, there's no reason to eat breakfast. Breakfast is, you know, it's been sold as the most important meal of the day; it's not.

That is why I say there is no such thing as a healthy snack, because it's not a healthy habit ... The habit of snacking is not healthy, because snacking trains your metabolism to wait for you to get another snack instead of doing what it should do, which is burning your body fat.

We need to stop pretending like people who are under the age of 30 face any real risk from this virus, because they don't ... They're safer even unvaccinated than somebody like I, who am 51, am with the double vaccine and the booster.

All of these ridiculous mandates and restrictions... not only are they ineffective, but they're totally unnecessary. If that were not the case, then places like Texas, Florida, Tennessee, South Dakota... they would have erupting. They would be on fire for the past more than one year, and that is not happening.

I'm not a fan of Biden running again for the presidency. I hope he doesn't, although I... don't know who we would put in his place.

I've spent much more time on my podcast talking about and worrying about wokeism and identitarian moral panics on the left than I have spent time worrying about Trump and Trumpism.
