294: Ask Me Anything

The two most powerful words in the English language are the shortest: I am. Because whatever you put after that determines your life, your focus. Make the choice.

Most people look forward to the weekends, and certainly weekends are really wonderful, but I found... if you do what you love or you find the love in what you do, then you could add 5 days to every single week.

If you're facing a difficulty, don't ask what you need to do. First, pause, and ask yourself, 'Who do I need to be?'

What we are equal in is that we have the same 24 hours in a day. You have 86,400 seconds in a day. And I feel like the best thing we could always be doing is investing in ourself, especially investing in our mind. If you want your bank account to grow, then we need to grow, especially your brain.

Read to succeed. If somebody has decades of experience, and they put it into a book, and you can sit down in a few days and read that book, then all of a sudden you could download decades in days.

The quickest way to success is by role-modeling and getting mentored by others. And if you don't have a mentor or coach, then go to the library and get a book.

Confidence is a choice. You do not have confidence; you do it.

I think that's really important for us to be able to know ourself and trust ourself, to be able to love ourselves and also to be able to be ourselves.
