No one is going to value you more than you value yourself. You just have to set a very high personal hourly rate and you have to stick to it.

You have a finite amount of high-output mental hours each day – “Do you want to use them to run errands and solve little problems or do you want to save them for the big stuff?”

If you can outsource something for less than your hourly rate, outsource it

Set a very high hourly aspirational rate for yourself and stick to it. It should seem and feel absurdly high. If it doesn't, it's not high enough.
